I'm a 3D artist who's loves Art and has been working with Blender for 4 years. I work with the aim of making the model as close to 1:1 as possible with the reference. I do 3D models to VTuber and VRChat and work with files .

TERMS OF SERVICE:
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Commissioning me, you agree that you have read the Terms of Service!
- I can refuse to do the service for any person/organization/company without explaining why.
-Start price €1500 (can change depends complexity of the model. I can offer a lower price depending on the model's condition.)
- Model delivery takes 1 to 2 months from the start date, with a maximum of 4 months depending on complexity.
- I will work on one model at a time, keep this in mind when commissioning me.
- By contacting me to request a commission, you agree to these terms of service.
- The Client must provide the necessary information for the creation of the 3D model, such as reference images, descriptions of the model, among others.
- I do not authorize the use of my work in any type of AI (artificial intelligence) or Learning machine.
- The Final price may vary depending on complexity.
- I will send updates weekly.

2. 2D to 3D model:
- The client must provide a good quality image in order to have a good final result.
- I’ll ask for the PSD file because it really helps with additional references.
- Keep in mind that the model will not be exactly 1:1, I will make it as close as possible to the model based on the references provided. (The more references, the better.)

3. Revisions:
- You can request changes at each stage.
Change modeling - Only before starting painting.
Change painting - Only before starting the rig.
After completing a stage, you will not be allowed to request changes.

4. Include:
- .FBX File
- .VRM File (when request)
- Unitypackage File (when request)
- 4K Textures
- Twist Bones
-WARUDO File (when request)
- 4 Expressions you choose
- Visimes Blendshapes
- Base Body
- ARKit
5. PAYMENT:
- 50% of the fee must be paid before the service start and 50% after it ends.
- If I give up the commission, I will refund the initial 50% in full.
- No refunds, will be issued after the model has been delivered.
- Payment ONLY when it's your turn in the queue, when I send a message notifying you that it’s your turn in the queue and send the invoice.
- If I cancel the commission, a full refund will be issued.
- If the Client cancels after work has commenced, 50% of the advance payment shall be retained.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
- As a client, you agree to provide the right to use and display the 3D model for promotional and advertising purposes, such as portfolio and exhibitions (With the prior authorization of the Client).
- You must provide the 3D modeling credits to me.
- You, as the client, can use the model for and personal purposes: Streaming/Videos/Post in sociais medias. (Any questions, contact me.)
- You can sell the model in the future, but it cannot exceed the commission amount and you'll have to give me the credit.
